End of season party details!

End of Season Party Update – Please read full blog post below for more details!

Party at Ogden’s (4205 Richardson Ranch Rd Fort Worth 76126) Saturday May 6th @ 6pm

Collecting $7.00 expense per FAMILY for end of season gifts for all swimmers. Please log in and pay by Friday May 5th. (http://cash.me/$cash4mel).
Donations for coaches gifts – see below for details – if you choose to donate, please do so by May 3rd.

Calling all Barracuda Families!

Everyone is invited to an End of Season Party to celebrate the hard work, fun and success we have had this season. The party will be Saturday May 6th at 6pm at the Ogden’s house (4205 Richardson Ranch Rd, Fort Worth 76126). Be aware this is in a neighborhood setting, please be considerate with your parking. The Ogden’s have a pool, basketball court, volleyball court and lots of room for fun! Wear your bathing suits and bring your chairs!! (We will have a rain date of Sunday May 7th at 3pm.)

We have been busy planning and preparing for a great evening recognizing our amazing swimmers, but we need your help to make this a success. There is a sign up genius link (http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080F45ABA82AA1FE3-2017) to sign up to bring something to the party. We will need each family to bring at least one of the following:
Family Sized Serving of Pasta

Family Sized Serving of Salad

2 Loaves of Garlic Bread

2 cases of bottled water

I need a few large coolers, please let me know (jenniferlane017), if you can help!

To help celebrate the end of season, there will be a expense of $7.00 per FAMILY that will cover end of season gifts for each swimmer. Please log onto this link http://cash.me/$cash4mel and pay by Friday May 5th. Please write your swimmer(s) name(s) in the Optional Notes Section when you submit payment.

Lastly, we will be accepting donations to honor all of our coaches with tokens of our appreciation. If you would like to donate, I will be at the YMCA THIS Thursday 4/27 from 6-6:30pm and again on Friday 4/28 from 5:30-6:30pm. Alternately, you can drop off or mail a donation to my home (126 Rim Rock Rd Aledo, 76008) or the Sutter’s home (1222 Warden Street Benbrook, 72126, Mel Sutter’s cell phone is (817) 688-6006 if you would like to call first). All donations for coaches’ gifts will need to be received no later than Wednesday May 3rd.
